FEP Encapsulated O-rings are high-performance sealing elements consisting of a seamless FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) outer jacket encapsulating an elastomer core, typically Silicone (VMQ) or FKM (Viton®). This unique construction combines the excellent chemical resistance of fluoropolymers with the elastic recovery of rubber, making FEP encapsulated O-rings ideal for aggressive chemical and high-purity applications.
